Will I be charged any fees if I authorize my credit information to be accessed?

There is an application fee of $25.00 which we collect at the submission of your on-line application. This fee helps us offset the cost of credit reports assessed by the credit bureaus. This fee will be credited to you at closing. If you do not close your loan with us this fee will be charged.
