Thomas Donnegan is the Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for Universal Lending Corporation, a Colorado-based residential mortgage banking firm. Tom was hired by Universal Lending to manage and grow the company's retail mortgage sales force. Tom has over 20 years of real estate lending experience and has been involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry including marketing, sales management, loan production, underwriting, and quality control. Prior to joining Union National Mortgage, Tom was the Area Sales Manager for Union National Mortgage Co. He has also worked as Vice President of Sales for First Community Banks, Vice President / Area Sales Manager with Countrywide Home Loans, and President / Venture Manager of a large real estate joint venture at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Tom holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Managerial Finance and has completed extensive additional training in the areas of marketing and sales management. He has received numerous awards throughout his career for his achievements as a manager and top-producer. Tom was a three-time Leaders Club award winner with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and a two-time recipient of their Service Excellence award. He was also recognized at Countrywide Home Loans for being the region's top Area Sales Manager for 2006. |
