Thomas Donnegan is the Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for Universal Lending Corporation, a Colorado-based residential mortgage banking firm. Tom was hired by Universal Lending to manage and grow the company's retail mortgage sales force. Tom has over 20 years of real estate lending experience and has been involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry including marketing, sales management, loan production, underwriting, and quality control. Prior to joining Universal Lending, Tom worked as the Area Sales Manager for several large regional and national mortgage bankers. He has also managed the mortgage division of a large real estate joint venture for a national bank. Tom holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Managerial Finance and has completed extensive additional training in the areas of marketing and sales management. He has received numerous awards throughout his career for his achievements as a manager and top-producer. |
